The logs suggest that MBAM was reinstalled on Sept 12, but it was NOT a proper "clean" reinstall - the protection logs date back to November 2014.
Seriously, though, a couple of observations: That CheckResults.txt log *might* be some kind of record for most items in Quarantine. I am just a home user and forum volunteer, but - all I can say is - WOW!!!
